Daniella Carfi is a Mental Health Counsellor offering compassionate, neuro-affirming, and trauma-informed support for teenagers and adults.
She works with clients across a range of areas, and offers a warm, non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to express yourself and explore what matters to you.

- Neuro-affirming counselling for Autistic and ADHD adults (Formally diagnosed or self-identified)
- Anxiety (general, social, and relational)

Therapeutic Approach:
As an Integrative Counsellor, Daniella tailors each session to your individual needs, goals, values, strengths, and preferences. Her approach combines elements from several evidence-based modalities to provide a flexible and personalised counselling experience.
Modalities include:
- Person-Centred Therapy
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Mindfulness-based approaches
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)
- Attachment-Based frameworks
Qualifications & Professional Development:
- Master of Counselling (MCouns) – Monash University
- >Bachelor of Psychological Science (BPsychSc) – Swinburne University
- >Graduate Certificate in Autism Studies – Griffith University (currently completing)
- Committed to ongoing professional development and engages in monthly clinical supervision
Session Fees: $150 for 50 minutes.
No referral required (Medicare rebates not applicable).
Availability: Monday-Friday 7am-2pm
Age groups: Teenagers and adults.
